FIRM PROFILE
The firm was established on March 2, 1915 by Manuel de Jesús
Troncoso de la Concha under the name of OFICINA TRONCOSO. Since
then it has become one of the leading commercial and civil law
firms, including banking, insurance, communications, mining,
tourism, free zones, taxes and foreign investments in the
Dominican Republic. Also, the firm comprises the largest and
oldest Intellectual Property department in the country, since
1917, and it presently keeps a successful leadership in that
area, having formed strong relationships with many other major
Intellectual Property agencies throughout the world. In 1983, it
changed its name to TRONCOSO Y CACERES.
